Bold Bees!!!

Image
Bee, what a hard-working creature! (unfortunately, it doesn't have exams like JEE and NEET😂) The bee flies anyway, because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible. " BEE COUNTER WILL HAVE YOU UP TO YOUR NECTAR IN HIVE DATA " HaD’s best corn-ball headline ever. As long as you’re not in Europe. Bees never agree to those clickthrough GDPR disclaimers . Not easy, they are all twins, or thousands, whatever, mostly identical. Each drone from a given queen is a haploid son of the queen, but has some mix of genes from each of the queen’s parents.  Bees have been kept for over 4500 years, going back to ancient times as cave paintings show. Honeybees are the only type of bee that dies after stinging. The honeybee is the official insect of the state of Maine. Bees can’t see the color red. They do however see the ultraviolet color spectrum which many flowers produce and humans are unable to see. THAT 'S IT FOR TODAY!! KEEP READING!! ************************************...

Lucky Leeches!!!

Image
Leech, what an ugly and sticky creature! (you might have noticed in Man.Vs.Wild😂) Leeches are actually worm. Not all leeches suck blood. Leeches are hermaphrodites. Leeches are everywhere. Leeches can get really big. Leeches are used in medicine. Leeches can’t hear, and they don’t see much. Leeches adapt well to tough conditions. If a leech is stuck to you, just wait it out. Leeches eat a lot, relatively speaking. THAT'S IT FOR TODAY!! KEEP READING!! **********************************************************************

Open-minded Owls!!!

Image
Owl, the best creatures as pets, with night vision! (especially, in Harry Potter series😂) All owls have upright posture and forward-facing eyes that give them binocular vision, just like humans. Many owl species have asymmetrical ears that are different sizes and different heights on their heads.  A barn owl can eat up to 1,000 mice each year, usually swallowing them whole.  Owls are carnivorous and will eat rodents, small- or medium-sized mammals, nocturnal insects, fish, and other birds, including smaller owls.  Today, owl superstitions and legends associate the birds with bad luck, death, and stealing souls in many cultures. Brainy Bats!!!

Image
Bat, what a creepy creature! (imagine the guys eating them😂) Bats can live more than 30 years and can fly at speeds of up to 60 mph.  Bats can find their food in total darkness. Bats can eat up to  1,200 mosquitoes an hour. The world’s largest bat is the "flying fox" that lives on islands in the South Pacific. Pallid bats eat scorpions!   The Bracken Bat Cave in Texas is home to the world’s largest bat colony. THAT'S IT FOR TODAY!! Eager Earthworms!!!

Image
Earthworm, what a stinky creature! (and a slimy one too😂) Earthworms are hermaphrodites. Earthworms spend most of their lives underground, creating complex burrow networks.   Earthworms have tiny retractile bristles along the body which help give it grip and a slippery mucus covering, allowing the worm to move through even the hardest earth. Earthworms will anchor their tail in its burrow and at any sudden noise it will slither back into the earth. The earthworm is such a familiar creature that it is rarely given a second thought, yet its contribution to soil fertility is enormous.  Many animals get their food from the soil, but the earthworm eats the soil itself.  THAT'S IT FOR TODAY!! Horific Hyenas

Image
Hyena, what a gross creature! (except, when they are in packs😂)   Of our planet has four different species of  hyena : the spotted, brown and striped hyena and the aardwolf.  Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Chordata Class: Mammalia Order: Carnivora Family: Hyaenidae Genera & species: Crocuta crocuta (spotted hyena) Hyaena brunnea (brown hyena) Hyaena hyaena (striped hyena) Proteles cristata (aardwolf)  Hyenas live in clans of up to 100 hyenas, with a female hyena acting as the matriarch. Unlike other species that live in groups, hyenas fight each other often. One of the most dangerous sounds you might hear in the bush is laughter – the hyena’s call sounds like a laugh and it signals excitement that it has found food. The pitch of their laugh can indicate their status in the pack. Hyenas are carnivores except the Aardwolves, which are insectivores. Hyenas have long been known as scavengers, but they are actually skilled hunters and clans will organize to take do...

Sociable Sharks!!!

Image
Shark, what a sharp animal! (you might have recognized this in the movie "DEEP BLUE SEA"😂)  Great sharks can be found throughout the world’s oceans, mostly in cool waters close to the coast. These super swimmers are the largest predatory fish (fish that eat other fish or animals) on our planet. On average, they grow to around 4.6m long, but some great sharks have been measured at 6m – that’s half the length of a bus! Any creature unlucky enough to find itself in the gob of a is in for a nasty shock! Because this marine beast’s mouth is equipped with a set of 300 sharp-triangular teeth arranged in up to seven rows. Yikes!   These cunning creatures like to take their prey by surprise. They usually position themselves underneath their unsuspecting victims before swimming up and…chomp! They often burst out of the water in a leap (called a breach ) before falling back in with their meal in their mouths. Great sharks are at the top of the food chain ...
