  • Females can lay up to 3,000 eggs at one time.
  • Jumping spiders can jump up to 50x their own length.
  • The 'daddy long-legs' you see might not actually be a spider. The nickname 'daddy long-legs' has been given to several different pests, only one of which is an actual spider.   
  • Crane flies, harvest-men and cellar spiders are all colloquially identified as 'daddy long-legs.'

  Shark, what a sharp animal! (you might have recognized this in the movie "DEEP BLUE SEA"😂)  Great sharks can be found throughout the world’s oceans, mostly in cool waters close to the coast. These super swimmers are the largest predatory fish (fish that eat other fish or animals) on our planet.
